Registrations should be made using the online registration form. Alternatively, you may send a completed registration form (pdf) to the Technical Secretariat with proof of payment by bank transfer or credit card authorization.

The virtual registration fee includes: Access to all scientific sessions, Conference documentation.

If you require an invoice, please indicate it expressly in the billing field detailing the company/person who invoices, NIF/CIF and postal address.

IMPORTANT: No registration will be made without prior payment.

In order to send you the certificates with the credits granted to the scientific activities, it is essential that you indicate your complete data.

Identified access

Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. By entering this data in the “Personal area” section you will access your private area where you can consult and manage your activity at the event. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to the following address, specifying the registration to be cancelled: registrations@isin-conference.com 

• Cancellations received before July 3, 2024: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
• Cancellations received between July 4 and September 18, 2024: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
• Cancellations received after September 19, 2024: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
